PSG linked with Chiesa as Neymar set for Al-Hilal move

Reports from France say Paris Sainte-Germain forward Neymar is preparing his transfer to Al-Hilal for a reported €90m. Ligue 1 giant have been linked with Juventus and Italy striker Federico Chiesa.
Having reportedly expressed interest in leaving the club, the 31-year-old Brazilian was one of the players excluded from the squad by new coach Luis Enrique.

This will be a significant financial loss for the Brazilian that cost PSG a world record €222m to sign from Barcelona in the summer of 2017.

According to reports, the deal seems to be done, and Neymar is packing his bags, ready to undergo a medical in the Saudi Pro League.

La Gazzetta dello Sport that PSG could turn their attention towards Serie A for his replacement, specifically Juventus attacker Chiesa.

The Italian is known for his versatility. This is useful as you can play on both wings or as a support striker.
Having found it hard to settle into Max Allegri’s formation, Juve has placed him on the market. The club said he is available for the right price, which is believed to be in the region of €50-60m.

If he completes the move, he will reunite with fellow Italy international Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Meanwhile, his fellow Italian, Marco Verratti, appears to be heading towards the Saudi Pro League.
The former Pescara midfielder is also linked to Al-Hilal.

France, via le10sport.com, reported that the Ligue 1 club is also ready to sell Verratti to the Saudi Pro League side.
Thus, he could follow Neymar in the same direction and earn big wages in Saudi Arabia.
The 30-year-old’s contract with PSG runs to June 20an, having been at the club since leaving his hometown Pescara in 2012.

It is expected that cash realized from their sales will be reinvested to bolster the squad that has witnessed the exit of Lionel Messi as well.
