Arsenal have been boosted by the availability of Gabonese striker Pierre Emerick Aubameyang for Saturday’s clash with Liverpool in the Premier League.

Aubameyang was injured in Gabon’s victory against Libya at the weekend in the FIFA World Cup Qualifier and was subsequently stretched off as he missed Tuesday’s 2-1 loss to Egypt.

However, the striker posted his presence at the Gunner’s training ground on Instagram suggesting that he may be available for the tie at the Anfield stadium.

Liverpool’s unbeaten run in the Premier league was ended by West Ham in the last outing in the league with a 3-2 defeat while Arsenal beat Watford 1-0 for their fourth win in a row.

A win for Arsenal will put them above Liverpool into fourth and champions league places.

Liverpool are on 22 points from 11 games played while Arsenal are on 20 points from same number of games.

Meanwhile, Chelsea lead the table with 26 points, three more than Manchester City.  The Blues will travel to the King Power to face Leicester City. Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City will host Everton in a bid to catch up with Thomas Tuchel’s side.

Manchester United will hope to turn their poor run of form when they travel to the Vicarage road to face Claudio Ranieri’s Watford. The Red Devils are already five points behind the top four places and Ole Gunnar Solksjear’s position as the club’s manager has been put under intense scrutiny and pressure.

Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur will face Leeds United at the White Hart Lane as the Italian looks for his first Premier League win having drew 0-0 with Everton in his first Premier League game although his first win came in the 3-2 win against Vitesse in the Conference League, which was his first game in charge.
