Mark Albrighton says Leicester need to show the same passion they demonstrated in last month’s win over FC Copenhagen when the sides meet in Denmark on Wednesday.

The Foxes have so far won all three of their Champions League Group G outings and know a win at the Parken Stadium could see them qualify for the last 16 with two games to spare.

However, it will not be easy against the Danish champions, who caused plenty of headaches at the King Power Stadium and will be relishing the prospect of hosting Claudio Ranieri’s men.

Leicester are 3.40 to win the game, with the draw 3.20 and Copenhagen priced at 2.30.

After only managing a 1-0 win at home in the pair’s previous fixture, Albrighton and his colleagues know just how tough a task they will face against Stake Solbakken’s men.

The winger says his side are looking forward to Wednesday’s game and admits they will need to repeat the spirit they have shown in previous outings if they are to maintain their perfect record.

Albrighton told LCFC TV: “We’ve been doing so well in the Champions League so it’s good to go into them games and have confidence knowing the game means so much because it’s such a big tournament. “We’ll look forward to the game.

We know it’s going to be tough because they gave us a good go at our place, but we’ll face it the same as we did the last tie and hopefully we can get another three points.

“I think we’ve got to fight and use the spirit that we’ve been showing in the previous weeks. Hopefully if we can do that then we won’t go far wrong.”
