Crystal Palace midfielder Yannick Bolasie has insisted his sole focus is on helping the club stay in the Premier League despite reported interest in securing his services from abroad.

The DR Congo international has been thriving under the Eagles’ current manager Tony Pulis who has helped the club climb to 14th place in the table after a torrid start to the season under his predecessor Ian Holloway.

Bolasie featured in Palace’s 1-0 victory over fellow relegation candidates Hull City on Tuesday night in what was a massive win for the Selhurst Park outfit.

With 18 months left on his current deal, there has been reported interest in the 24-year-old from Germany, Italy and France.

However, Bolasie is not interested in the speculation and the good news for Eagles fans is that the player just wants to keep the club in the top-flight this season.

“Obviously I was flattered by the interest but I’m a Palace player and I’m happy here,” he said. “Now I want to try and help us stay in the Premier League.

“It’s been a bit stop-start for me this season but now I’m coming into my stride and hopefully I can start scoring more goals and setting up more goals.”

Palace will face one of their biggest tests of the season in their next outing as they prepare to travel to the Emirates to face high-flying Arsenal.

The Eagles are valued at 12.32 to take the three points and cause one of the biggest upsets of the season.
