Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti is confident his side will end a run of bad results “very soon” ahead of Sunday’s La Liga clash with Levante.

Ancelotti’s side are without a win in three games in all competitions and are now four points adrift of league leaders Barcelona with a game in hand.

They will attempt to return to winning ways against Levante at Santiago Bernabeu but there is an air of uncertainty around Real, with discontent rife among the club’s supporters.

But under-fire boss Ancelotti, who has received the backing of Real president Florentino Perez, insists his players will be working at 110 per cent to ensure they secure three points in their next fixture.

When asked about his team’s recent poor form, Ancelotti said: “We are going to make greater efforts and sacrifice to solve the situation.

I’m sure we are going to turn over this situation very soon.”

On Sunday’s visit of 17th-placed Levante, he added: “We are going to try to play with quality and intensity. To play a match in which everybody works together and helps each other.

“This is what we need. We have great respect for Levante.”

Real Madrid are heavy favourites to win the clash at 1.06, while a draw is 14.00 and Levante are priced at 28.43.
