Luis Enrique believes his side are in “perfect form” ahead of two huge matches in the next week.
Barcelona stretched their lead at the top of La Liga to four points on Saturday with a 2-0 victory over Eibar.
Lionel Messi was once again the star of the show for Enrique’s side, scoring twice as the Catalan giants stretched their run to 16 wins from 17 games in all competitions.
Barca host Premier League champions Manchester City in the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie on Wednesday with a 3-1 lead from the first leg before a crucial Clasico with Real Madrid at Camp Nou on March 22.
And according to coach Enrique, the games could not have come at a better time for his side.
“This will be a very nice week with two games in front of our fans, but it is not the most important,” he said.
“We’re going into the Clasico as leaders and in perfect form. But first we have to focus on City because qualification is at stake. Then we’ll see what happens at the weekend.”
Barcelona are the form team in Spain and this is reflected in their price of 1.41 to beat Manchester City and 1.78 to claim victory over Real Madrid.
Enrique’s side can also be backed at 3.80 to win the Champions League this season.
