Bayern Munich boss Hansi Flick has hinted about the club transfer plans this summer following the transfer sagas of Manchester City’s Leroy Sane and Bayer Leverkusen’s Kai Havertz.

The Bavarians are in serious search for a winger after the departure of veteran and long-standing wingers Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery. Though the likes of Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman have been phenomenal this season. But Bayern still needs another winger to add to their arsenal.

Bayern Munich has courted Sane for a long time now since his knee injury during his team game in the community shield last year, August.

It is highly expected of the Munich side to test City’s resolve again by the time the transfer window reopens with Bayern hopeful of landing their man.

Another player Bayern is currently after is Leverkusen teenage sensation Kai Havertz. The midfielder has been on the radar of so many clubs attracting interest from the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea.

When Flick was quizzed as to summer plans of the club, he said, “we are on course to get some good players for the club, but these things are discussed internally.”

“If I am to mention some few positions, it will be the width, be it a full-back or a winger to get increase the qualities we have and add to our pace.” Currently, we have Serge [Gnabry], Kingsley [Coman], and Ivan [Perisic], and they have been doing very well for themselves and the team as a whole. I will speak with Hasan [ Salihamidzic] and make plans on our transfers”.
