The 2021/22 snooker season is set to begin with the 2021 Championship League Snooker, which commenced yesterday July 18 and will run all the way until August 13.

The tournament will comprise of 128 players in 32 groups of four, which will be played over Stage 1. The winners of each group in Stage 1 will progress to Stage 2, where eight further groups will be played. The eight winners will then compete in two final groups on 13 August, and the two winners of each group contesting the final.
