Roberto Martinez has challenged his Everton team to put together a strong run of form over their final six home league games.

The Toffees have managed a meagre four wins from 12 league games in front of the Goodison Park faithful this season.

Martinez says they have not always got the results their performances have merited at home but he is nonetheless asking them to put the complete jigsaw together over the final six games, starting with the visit of West Brom.

“We have only got six games left at Goodison and we want to take advantage of that. We know if there is an area in this season in which we can improve, it’s the results that we have had at home,” said Martinez.

After the Baggies, Everton will tackle West Ham, Arsenal, Southampton, Bournemouth and Norwich at Goodison in the league before the season ends.

Martinez is adamant his squad are capable of putting together a strong final push to improve their overall record, which has also seen Everton draw four and lose four at Goodison so far.

Martinez stressed performances have been decent but he now wants results to come along with it.

“It’s not the level we have played – we have done many good things in disappointing results – but it’s about finding the complete performance which becomes a win at the end,” he added.

“We are looking forward to turning that round and creating a very good home record in the final six games of the season.”

Everton are 1.50 to get the better of West Brom. The Baggies meanwhile are on offer at 7.00 while the draw is 4.20.
