Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has warned his side they cannot take their foot off the gas when they take on Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues moved a step closer to the title last weekend when they beat Bournemouth 3-1 on Saturday and they sit seven points clear of Tottenham.

United also maintained their charge for the top four as they beat Sunderland 3-0 and Jose Mourinho’s men will be out for revenge this time around.

Chelsea beat United 4-0 in their first Premier League meeting this season and they also knocked them out of the FA Cup.

With that in mind, Conte has warned his side ahead of kick-off as they look to stay clear of Spurs.

He told reporters: “I think Manchester United for sure will have good motivation because they are playing against Chelsea.

Every team will want to beat us. “It is important in every game to try to take three points and this game will be very tough.

“We are in good form, the players have the right confidence and then we want to try to win but in the same way that United will try to win.”

United are the slight favourites for the clash at odds of 2.50, with the draw 3.10, while Chelsea are priced at odds of 2.88.

Conte’s men will then take on Spurs in the FA Cup before two tough league games against Southampton and Everton.

They will then finish the season with three games in May against Middlesbrough, West Brom and Sunderland.
