Diego Lopez knows Galatasaray will do anything to try and beat Real Madrid in Champions League tie.

The Los Blancos goalkeeper claimed that they were impressive in their win at home in the first leg, but feels that they should prepare for a backlash against the Turkish club. He went on to say that an away goal is important if they wish to guarantee progression in the competition.

“Clearly 3-0 is a very good result for us, but I think the key to the next game is getting another goal,” he told reporters.

Lopez, who arrived in January to take the place of injured Iker Casillas, is preparing to face a different Galatasaray squad than they faced in Madrid.

“It’s a difficult place to go against a good team. They did not show their best side, they are better than they were in the first leg.

“They are a very good team who can hit us on the counter-attack. We have to keep our composure defensively.

“I am expecting a tough match in a tough environment.”
