Chelsea captain John Terry has no intention of allowing his team-mates to ease off despite the fact they have already won the Premier League.

The Blues reclaimed the title after beating Crystal Palace 1-0 at Stamford Bridge on May 3 but the skipper insists no one is thinking about their summer holidays just yet.

Chelsea followed up the title-clinching victory over the Eagles by drawing with Liverpool at the weekend – with Terry on the scoresheet to equal his best haul for a season of eight goals.

The former England captain has also played every minute of the ongoing Premier League season and he has no intention of putting his feet up now.

“(I’m) looking for one more to beat (my best),” Terry told Chelsea TV. “Two games to go. I’m fit. Hopefully I play in both. I’ll be begging the manager to let me play.

“Two games – we need to keep winning and keep pushing on.”

Chelsea travel to West Brom on Monday night before ending the season at home against Sunderland on Sunday, May 24.

Jose Mourinho’s Blues are 2.00 to win at the Hawthorns, with the Baggies 3.75 and the draw 3.25.

Chelsea can move on to 90 points with two wins from the last two games which would be four more than they managed in 2009-10 which was their last Premier League-winning season.

The west Londoners’ first Premier League title came back in 2004-05 when they amassed 95 points before retaining their crown 12 months later with 91 points.
