England goalkeeper Joe Hart insists he will cherish every moment he plays in an England shirt following a hectic summer.

Hart was once again expected to help Manchester City for the Premier League title but he was soon shipped out of the club by manager Pep Guardiola.

The Spaniard decided to bring in Claudio Bravo from Barcelona and Hart decided to reject a number of offers to join Serie A side Torino.

A disappointing Euro 2016 campaign put Hart under the spotlight but he looked back to his best in the World Cup qualifier against Slovenia.

He made a number of key saves to earn England a 0-0 draw in Ljubljana, just months after conceding poor goals against Wales and Iceland.

With Hart now away from English football, he admits he will cherish every opportunity he gets to play for the national team. “The summer was difficult.

I am gutted about how the summer went but it has gone now,” he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports. “Football moves quickly. You have to move on.

I have done the same when I have won things, I have done the same when we have won leagues. “You have got to keep fighting.

I will continue to keep fighting for my country. I cherish every moment I play and long may that continue. “I just love diving around in goal.

Being able to do it for my country is amazing and I remind myself of it every single time I pull on an England shirt.”
