Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs admits that he can’t wait to take on Olympiakos in Tuesday’s Champions League last-16 clash.
The Red Devils will travel to Greece for their first-leg of their clash knowing that the pressure is on to pick up a result.
David Moyes’ side are currently struggling in the Premier League and look like they will miss out on qualifying for the competition next season, unless they somehow win the tournament this year.
Moyes will be hoping his most experienced stars will guide his side to victory, including Giggs, who has played in all four previous meetings between the sides, with Man United winning every tie.
If the Welshman makes an appearance it will be his 150th in the Champions League, and the veteran has warned his side against complacency despite their impressive record against the Greek side.
The 40-year-old said: “The atmosphere in the stadium is going to be electric.
“It’s always great to play in a stadium with a good atmosphere, we know the Olympiakos fans are going to be cheering their team on, we also have a good set of travelling fans which will make for a great atmosphere.
“Once you get to this stage of the competition you know that there are not going to be any easy matches.”
Moyes’ side are 3.40 to win to nil in Greece on Tuesday, and can be backed at odds of 2.60 to keep a clean sheet.
