Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema will all play against Bayern Munich on Tuesday.

Los Blancos claimed a 4-0 win over Osasuna on Saturday evening to climb to second and move to within three points of leaders Atletico Madrid who are 4.75 to claim the Champions League trophy with Real Madrid priced at 2.60.

Ronaldo was the only one of the trio to start insisting that he was in ‘perfect condition’ after returning from injury and he proved it by hitting two fantastic strikes to open up a 2-0 lead.

Sergio Ramos and Dani Carvajal chipped in with goals to round off a good performance and ensure that the squad heads into their Champions League tie full of confidence.

Bale was missing from the squad as he continues to work his way back from illness, while Benzema was an unused substitute nursing a slight hamstring problem.

However, Ancelotti was quick to reassure fans following the game and insisted that his side will be at full strength for the semi-final meeting, with the La Liga side leading 1-0 from the first-leg in Madrid last week.

Ancelotti said: “Ronaldo, Bale and Benzema will play on Tuesday.

“The sooner we score, the better.

“Cristiano is fit. He had more confidence and is totally fit now.

“Bale felt weak and we preferred that he trains individually today (Saturday). He will be ready on Tuesday.

“Benzema is improving, he will train tomorrow and should be ready on Tuesday.”
