As Napoli plans to do some transfer business during this winter window, they could sell Winger Matteo Politano to a Saudi club, Al-Shabab.
Napoli, who has been linked with some players, has also reportedly bid €20m plus Leo Ostigard for Genoa’s Radu Dragusin.

Al-Shabab have made an offer for Matteo Politano while talks with Udinese’s Lazar Samardzic are stalling over image rights.
The Partenopei seem to be the busiest Serie A club in this window, as they are expected to announce the purchase of Pasquale Mazzocchi from Salernitana. The club are also in advanced talks with Samardzic as they hope to sort the image right soon as both parties are confident of reaching an agreement.

Napoli will also have to battle Tottenham for the signing of Dragusin from Genoa. Sky Sport Italia reported that the Partenopei have made an offer worth €20m plus Ostigard, a former Grifone center-back.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Napoli’s bid is lower at €13m plus Alessandro Zanoli, but Ostigard is also mentioned as an option for Genoa.

Reports say Atalanta defender Merih Demiral, who is now at Al-Ahli, is Napoli’s main alternative to Dragusin.

Other players the Partenopei are monitoring include Boubakary Soumaré, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, and Emre Can. They will have to sell Diego Demme before signing one of the three holding midfielders.

Concerning Politano, CorSport reported that new contract talks between Napoli and their winger have been put on hold. It was gathered that the Italy international’s priority is to sign a new deal with the Partenopei despite Al-Shabab’s offer being worth €7m per season.
They are going to be without André-Frank Zambo Anguisa and Victor Osihmen. The duo will be representing their countries in the Mundial that will be held in Cote D’Ivoire.

They are currently 8th on the log, 18 points behind Inter Milan, which is at the summit of the table.
