Tottenham striker Harry Kane has urged his team-mates to produce the goods and beat West Ham on Friday night, three days before Chelsea take on Middlesbrough.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are still four points behind their rivals as the two teams fight it out for the Premier League title.

Spurs’ 2-0 win over Arsenal on Sunday kept them in the hunt, after Chelsea had already beaten Everton 3-0 earlier in the day.

Tottenham, 10.00 to win the league title, have just four games left this season but Kane admits they can put the pressure on Antonio Conte’s men.

A victory will cut the gap to just one point and the England international has urged his side to give their all.

He told Sky Sports: “We just have to try to finish strong. We’ve got another game Friday night and it’s good to play first.

Hopefully, we can drop the gap to one point and then see what happens.

“We know what it’s like from when Leicester were playing last year before us, and even today, that it’s good to play first and put the pressure on.

“It will be a tough game away from home but hopefully we can get that win, put that pressure on and just wait and see.

“We’re just going in the right direction. We can’t get carried away, even this season we’ve got four games left to try to win and it’s exciting times.”
