Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has warned his side that they will be up against it when they take on Crystal Palace on Monday night in the Premier League.

The Gunners are still chasing a top four spot but they sit seven points behind Manchester City who currently occupy fourth spot.

Arsene Wenger’s side have two games in hand on City but they must produce the goods, starting with the clash against Palace.

Sam Allardyce’s side are still fighting to stay in the Premier League and Ramsey admits his side will be put through their paces despite their solid record at Selhurst Park.

“It’s very tight and we know that anyone can beat anyone else in this league and nothing is set in stone,” he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports.

“It is a very unpredictable league so we have to be on our toes and up for the fight in every single game because otherwise you get punished.

“Crystal Palace is always a tough place to go and they have some quality players in their team.

We know with a Sam Allardyce team that they are very well organised, very strong and dangerous from set pieces too.

“We’re going to have to match that and be up for the fight.

Hopefully our quality will come through but we can’t underestimate them.”

Arsenal are 1.75 favourites away from home, with the draw 4.00, while Palace can be backed at odds of 4.50.
