Hull City full-back Liam Rosenior is desperate for his side to secure Premier League survival come the end of the campaign.

The Tigers are currently 16th in the table, but find themselves only one point outside the relegation places after a number of teams in and around the Humberside club in the standings managed to pick up victories over the weekend.

Steve Bruce’s team have also picked up some important results in recent matches and go into Monday’s encounter with Arsenal looking to make it three victories on the bounce in the league after successes over both Liverpool and Crystal Palace.

One man who is convinced the club can secure a third straight season in the top flight is Rosenior, but he has warned his side that they cannot afford to be complacent despite their recent upturn in fortunes.

He said: “The most important thing now is that complacency doesn’t come in. I’m sure with the manager and the coaching staff and the players that we’ve got here there won’t be any complacency until they get the job done.”

The 2014 FA Cup finalists will face a tough task if they are to remain in the division next season as three of their last four matches are against sides currently in the top six.

As well as their home match with the Gunners, Bruce’s side will also face both Tottenham and Manchester United, as well as a potential season-defining match against bottom-of-the-table Burnley.

The Tigers will be looking to wrap up survival as soon as possible, but are available at 6.50 to be relegated back to the Championship.
