Daley Blind insists Manchester United will not fear Chelsea in Saturday’s huge Premier League match as they look to cut the Blues’ lead at the top of the table.

United, who can be backed at 4.00 to take all three points, will head to Stamford Bridge for the tea-time kick off trailing Jose Mourinho’s side by eight points having played one game more.

But victory in west London will see the gap come down to a more manageable five, with Arsenal already a point closer to Chelsea and also in the mix.

After a below-par first half of the campaign, the Red Devils are now the form team in the division and have been playing their best football since Louis van Gaal took the reins.

But Stamford Bridge has become a fortress once again with Mourinho back pulling the strings and not many teams come away with anything to show for their troubles when visiting Chelsea (2.00 to beat United).

But Blind is unconcerned and has made it clear that they will be more concerned about themselves than the opposition this weekend.

“We don’t have to watch out for Chelsea – we have to watch for our own games,” said the Netherlands international.

“We have to look at ourselves. Every game is a final to the end and we have to believe in ourselves.”

And the former Ajax ace feels the collective spirit among the United players will spur them on to try and win every game between now and the end of the season.

“We really are one team and that is an important thing,” he added. “And we have to go on this way and keep in our mind that every game is a final.”
