In his F1 career, he has won nine races and almost won the World Championship in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>In the final race of 2010 he was well placed going into the final race of the season, but rival and team-mate Sebastian Vettel picked up the title, and has gone on to win three more World Championships.<\/p>\n<p>The German has outperformed Webber in recent years and the Australian admits his motivation is dwindling with every race.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think towards the end of your career, you probably find little things that convince yourself that you&#8217;re not enjoying it as much as you were,&#8221; said Webber, who made his F1 debut in 2002.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You&#8217;re not 22 anymore and that&#8217;s obvious; I&#8217;m 37 and I&#8217;ve done over 215 races at the end of the year, so the juice goes out of the tank a little bit.
