Stricker will make his eighth appearance of the season this week when he tees-off at the John Deere Classic in Illinois. The 46-year-old will then remain in his homeland and will miss the Open Championship at Muirfield in order to celebrate his 20th wedding anniversary. Stricker has won twelve times on the PGA Tour and in his seven starts this year he has earned more than two million dollars after two runner-up finishes to go alongside four top ten finishes.
