Lowe agreed a deal with the Brackley-based team earlier this year with the eventual endgame seeing him step into the shoes of Brawn as team principal. The 51-year-old opted to move on from his former position as technical director at McLaren in order to seek a new challenge and Brawn expects that it will take some time to ensure he is up to speed. The Englishman has been at the helm of the team since 2010 and he believes that there is no need to establish and start or end date, but just to try and introduce Lowe to the challenges that lie ahead.
